My name is Lynne Studer. I live in the beautiful city of Winchester in Hampshire with my husband, Fred. I have been breeding Siamese for over 30 years. I first fell in love with the breed in 1968, my then husband paid £8 for a Lilac Point Siamese Male kitten, he was the runt of a litter of eight! he died in 1973 at the young age of 5, I was absolutely devastated.

I applied for my prefix with the GCCF and was breeding under the prefix of ‘Mylynn’ from 1975.
In one of my litters I bred a gorgeous Lilac Point boy called, Mylynn Lilac Sia-di who was seen at a show by Jackie Reed - prefix, Johpas, who asked if I were willing to part with him for stud.
I wasn't really showing then because I had two young children and a business to run, however I continued breeding as I loved having the kittens around. It was much later that I got my first stud boy champion, named Serenta Special Resvre, he didn't like it outside, so I had him neutered and brought him inside, a few years later ~ I bought Rantipole Visigoth a Seal Point Stud Male.
Sadly, Vissy died in August 2005.
We have Grand Champion Johpas Trickortreat 32a red point and Grand Champion Foxtwist Limited Edition, 24 Seal Point and Ch Poussecafe Mylynn Legacy, Vissy's much loved son, all available at very limited stud.
I have bred many Champions, Imperials, Grand Champions, Premiers and Grand Premiers and am now a GCCF Judge for Siamese, Oriental Longhairs and Oriental Selfs as well as continuing my own breeding programme and showing my beautiful cats. |
